Bonnet Vents

Bonnet vents, also known as bonnet scoops, are a car accessory designed to provide extra air flow to cool the engine. When fitting, a hole is cut into the bonnet and a vent with a plastic or metal surround is inserted. A bonnet vent is particularly useful in vehicles with larger or older engines which generate a lot of heat.
As well as providing more effective cooling under the bonnet, vents also provide a cooler air intake, resulting in the engine running at a higher level of efficiency. It is possible to fit bonnet vents for every make and model of car, though only a few models have them as standard. Show Less
