Can you put a roof box on any car?

How fast can you drive with a roof box?


Roof boxes are suitable for driving up to 80 MPH. It's important to make sure your roof box is fitted securely when driving at high speeds.



Are roof boxes covered by insurance?


Roof boxes are not automatically covered by insurance, and cover will depend on the provider. Check with your insurance company before buying and fitting to see if you can add roof box cover. 



Can you fit a roof box without rails?


Before fitting a roof box to your car, you will need to fit rails or bars. All boxes require rails, which are designed to run down the length and across the width of the roof.



How long does it take to fit a roof box?


Fitting a roof box or rack will differ from vehicle to vehicle, but normally it takes between 30 minutes to an hour.
